Frank Langella's "Cyrano"
Adapted from Cyrano De Bergerac by Edmond Rostand
January 13 - March 10, 2012
The charismatic swordsman-poet with the absurd nose hopelessly loves the beautiful Roxane; she, however, loves the handsome but tongue-tied Christian. The chivalrous Cyrano sets up with Christian an innocent deception with inspired words. But years later, when Cyrano is near the end, true love triumphs when long-remembered lyrical phrases reveal the secret and Roxane discovers the soul she has always truly loved.
